Active-duty Navy and a single mom, she taught herself to design from nothing and chased a dream most people would have talked themselves out of. She has the most riding on it.
A runway full of little girls to dress, wrangle, and calm down. Fiercely protective, running on pure adrenaline. If something's on fire backstage, she's usually near it.
His first New York Fashion Week, and you would never know it. The hatmaker leaves his nerves at the door and moves like he's done this a hundred times. Quiet confidence, big debut.
